Dorien Davies

Dorien DaviesDorien Davies is an actor, writer and silver robot lady street performer  (Okay, that last part isn’t true but she kinda wishes it were).  She studied and sketch/improv at the Groundlings and has been a staff writer and main cast member for the weekly sketch comedy show Fries On The Side for four seasons.

She has performed all over North America’s sketch festivals with the groups Fries On The Side and Local Heroes.  Dorien has done stage shows like Garage Comedy, Worst Laid Plans, The Crazy Uncle Joe Show, and a new improvised show chronicling the life of a screenplay, Tilted Frame.  She recently played Nomi in the West Coast run of Harvey Finklestien’s Sock Puppet Showgirls and is currently training at The Jim Henson Company for their improvised puppet show, Puppet Up!

This year, Dorien’s voice will be starring opposite John Goodman and Kelsey Grammer, in the new animated feature Bunyan and Babe.  She would like to thank her dog Zoe tasting so good in that stew last night.
